मध्यप्रदेश के राजगढ़ के पूनम चंद मेवाड़े, जो पशु चिकित्सा विभाग से रिटायर्ड कर्मचारी हैं, पिछले 4 सालों से कलेक्ट्रेट के बाहर निःशुल्क ठंडा पानी पिला रहे हैं।
जहाँ लोग रिटायरमेंट के बाद आराम करते हैं, वहीं ये हर दिन खुद मटके साफ करते हैं, पानी भरते हैं और राहगीरों की प्यास बुझाते हैं।
