Over the next six months, buyers can expect new launches from top carmakers like Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors and Mahindra across IC-engined and electric segments. Here’s a roundup of the models that are just around the corner:
1. Maruti Suzuki Victoris:
Maruti Suzuki has taken the wraps off its all-new midsize SUV, the Victoris, which is set to reach showrooms shortly. The Victoris is expected to be positioned in the Rs. 10 lakh to Rs. 18 lakh (ex-showroom) range and will be offered with two petrol-hybrid powertrains – a 1.5L mild hybrid and a more advanced 1.5L strong hybrid unit. It will be packed with features including Level 2 ADAS, gesture-controlled powered tailgated, front ventilated seats, dual panoramic sunroof and more.
2. Maruti Suzuki e Vitara:
The production of the e Vitara has already commenced at Suzuki’s Gujarat plant for the international markets and it will go on sale in India in the coming months. The midsize electric SUV will be sold with two battery choices and expect the claimed range to be over 500 km. It will be loaded with features on the inside.
3. Mahindra XUV700 Facelift:
Mahindra is readying a facelift for the XUV700 with its launch likely to take place in early 2026. The update will bring in notable styling tweaks to the exterior while the interior is set for a more comprehensive revamp featuring redesigned elements and added equipment. However, the SUV will continue with the existing set of engine options.

4. New Tata Sierra EV:
Tata Motors is all set to bring back the Sierra nameplate before the end of this calendar year. The SUV will make its comeback initially in an electric avatar with the internal combustion engine version set to follow in the latter half of 2026. The Sierra EV will be offered with two battery options enabling a claimed range of over 500 km per charge.
