Tata Nexon.ev Now Available With ADAS Level 2, Priced At Rs. 17.29 Lakh (ex-showroom)
Tata has launched the Nexon EV with Level 2 ADAS suite, priced at Rs. 17.29 lakh (ex-showroom). This validates earlier reports of the imminent arrival of the ADAS-equipped Nexon EV. The new top-spec Empowered + A variant now leads the lineup.
Pricing Comparison
The ADAS-equipped model costs up to Rs. 30,000 more compared to the Empowered + 45 variant priced at Rs. 16.99 lakh. Features like adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, and automatic emergency braking are added by the suite. It also includes traffic sign recognition, auto high beam assist, and driver drowsiness detection.
Tata also launches the Empowered + A variant in Dark and Red Dark editions, priced at Rs. 17.49 lakh. These editions carry a Rs. 20,000 premium over the standard ADAS variant. Both versions present an identical feature list apart from design enhancements.
Battery Range
Tata offers the ADAS suite only with the 45 kWh battery pack, delivering an ARAI-certified range of 489km. The real-world driving range is around 350km per charge. The smaller 30kWh battery option continues without ADAS support.
Features
The new variant retains features from the Empowered + trim, including a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, and a 12.3-inch infotainment screen. The vehicle also receives a 9-speaker JBL sound system for premium audio. These features help to strengthen the Nexon EV’s appeal in its segment.
