✅ MP-IDSA Research 2025-26 Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026):
- Research Fellow: Not more than 50 years
- Associate Fellow: Not more than 45 years
- Research Analyst: Not more than 35 years

✅ MP-IDSA Research 2025-26 Eligibility Criteria:
- Research Fellow (04 Posts: 02 UR, 01 OBC, 01 ST):
Ph.D. or M.Phil. or Master’s Degree (at least Second Division) in Social Sciences / Public Policy / International Relations / Strategic Affairs / Development Studies with minimum research experience of 05 / 08 / 10 years respectively. - Associate Fellow (04 Posts):
Ph.D. or M.Phil. or Master’s Degree (at least Second Division) in relevant fields with minimum research experience of 02 / 03 / 04 years respectively. - Research Analyst (01 UR):
Master’s Degree with First Division in Social Sciences / allied fields. Preference to candidates with M.Phil. / Ph.D. in relevant area.
✅ MP-IDSA Research 2025-26 Salary Details:
- Research Fellow: Pay Level 12 (₹ 78,800 – 2,09,200) + allowances
- Associate Fellow: Pay Level 10 (₹ 56,100 – 1,77,500) + allowances
- Research Analyst: Fixed ₹ 35,400/- (equivalent to Pay Level 6) + allowances
