Developed at CEAT’s state-of-the-art global R&D center in Halol, Gujarat, the SecuraDrive CIRCL is available in two variants distinguished by their level of bio-based content: a 50% sustainable materials variant priced at ₹8,999 and a premium 90% sustainable materials variant priced at ₹12,999. Both variants promise durability, safety, and performance that meet modern urban driving needs.
The tyre incorporates three groundbreaking technologies unique in the Indian market:
- Unified Biopolymer Inner Liner: This newly introduced liner reduces production emissions significantly while maintaining optimal air retention.
- Glycerol-Based Accelerator: Replacing traditional petroleum-derived chemicals, this bio-based accelerator helps reduce environmental impact during manufacture.
- Anti-Static Silica Conductive Solution: This innovative compound eliminates the need for carbon black, ensuring electrical conductivity and enhanced safety without compromising tyre integrity.
Target Market and Consumer Appeal
CEAT primarily aims to reach environmentally conscious urban consumers aged 25-45 living in Tier 1 cities, who prioritize sustainability alongside performance and style in their vehicle accessories. SecuraDrive CIRCL aligns with this trend by offering a premium, eco-friendly alternative to conventional tyres without compromising on safety or road grip.
