- Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B): B.Sc. degree or Three years Diploma in Engineering/Technology in specified disciplines from recognized University/Institute.
- Technician-A (Tech-A): 10th Class (High School) pass + Certificate from recognized ITI in the specified trade.
