GaadiWaadi –

Hyundai Creta Electric lineup has gained new variants with additional features helping to expand the range further

Hyundai Motor India Limited has expanded the Creta Electric lineup by introducing three new feature-packed variants to enhance its appeal in the fast-growing EV segment. The new additions include the Hyundai Creta Electric Excellence and the Hyundai Creta Electric Executive Tech – both powered by a 42 kWh battery pack alongside the Hyundai Creta Electric Executive (O) which uses the larger 51.4 kWh pack.

The larger 51.4 kWh battery pack delivers a claimed driving range of 510 km while the smaller 42 kWh version is capable of 420 km on a single charge. The range performance is certified under AIS 040 (Rev.1) testing standards. Hyundai has highlighted that range anxiety continues to be a key concern for EV buyers in India and this expansion is to addresses that while offering less expensive variants.

Across the lineup, all Creta Electric variants now feature wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay via a wired-to-wireless adapter. Premium features like a dashcam and rear wireless charger are also introduced on higher trims. Additionally, the second largest car producer in the country has announced two new exterior shades.
