LPG की कमी जहाँ किचन रोक देती है, वहीं पुणे के पास Snehwan में बच्चे किचन वेस्ट से रोज़ 100 लोगों का खाना बना रहे हैं। 10,000 लीटर के बायोगैस प्लांट से चलने वाला यह किचन, सिर्फ खाना नहीं बनाता — आत्मनिर्भरता सिखाता है। यह पहल शुरू की Ashok Baburao Mane ने, ताकि आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर किसान परिवारों के बच्चों की पढ़ाई कभी न रुके। यहाँ कचरा फेंका नहीं जाता — ईंधन बनता है। और शायद…आपके किचन का कचरा भी, आपका अगला ईंधन बन सकता है।
