Maruti Victoris Launched, Priced From Rs. 10.50 Lakh (ex-showroom), Available In Strong Hybrid, Mild Hybrid & CNG Variants

Maruti Suzuki has launched the new Victoris SUV in India, with introductory prices starting at Rs. 10.50 lakh (ex-showroom). The SUV achieved a five-star rating in both BNCAP and GNCAP crash tests.

Styling

The Victoris showcases new LED DRLs, redesigned front and rear bumpers, and all-LED lighting for a modern appeal. It also gets 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, a tailgate LED light bar, and silver-finished roof rails. Customers have the option to choose from six variants and 10 exterior colours.

Interior

Inside, the SUV is equipped with a Level 2 ADAS suite and a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system. A Dolby Atmos music system, ventilated powered seats, and a panoramic sunroof add to the premium cabin experience. Other highlights are a 10.25-inch driver’s display, HUD, gesture-controlled powered tailgate, and multiple USB Type-C fast charging ports.

Engine Options

A 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine powers the Victoris, offering mild-hybrid, strong-hybrid, and CNG options. The mild hybrid powertrain produces 103 HP whereas the strong hybrid powertrain produces 116 HP and the engine produces 89 HP in CNG form.

Transmission options include a five-speed manual, a six-speed automatic, and e-CVT. You can also opt for an AllGrip all-wheel-drive version, which achieves mileage figures of up to 28.65 kmpl.

Market Competition

The Victoris competes with the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Toyota Hyryder, MG Astor, Tata Harrier, Volkswagen Taigun, Honda Elevate, Skoda Kushaq, and Maruti’s Grand Vitara, with its features and competitive pricing.
