- Graduate Teachers (Various Subjects): Bachelor’s Degree with Major/Honours in relevant subject (45% marks) + specific core subjects + B.Ed + Language proficiency (Assamese/English/Hindi as applicable).
- Post Graduate Teachers (Various Subjects): Master’s Degree in relevant subject (50% marks) + Bachelor’s with Major/Honours (45% marks) + B.Ed + Teaching in English medium.
- Librarian: Bachelor’s Degree in Library & Information Science.
- Instructors (Mechanical/Chemical/Petroleum): Class 10 + 3-year Diploma in relevant Engineering + Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in oil/gas fields.
