Pay Scale: The selected candidates will be undergoing training for one year and will be given a stipend of ₹60000/- per month during the training period. After successful completion of the training, the candidates will be placed in the pay scale E-1 ₹40000-120000/-.
Selection Procedure
The selection process for the positions of Management Trainees comprises of an Online Test and a Personal Interview. The online test will be conducted at the centres in the cities of Bhopal, Delhi/Delhi NCR, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Guwahati, Kolkata, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane/MMR region, and Nagpur. The medium of the Test will be Rajbhasha (Hindi) and English.
Application Fee
An application fee of ₹1000/- plus Bank Charges and
applicable taxes (GST) for the post of Management Trainee to be paid through Internet Banking/ Credit/ Debit Card. No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/Ex.SM category candidates.
