- Scale-I Posts (Risk, HR, IT, Data Scientist/Analyst, Civil Engineer/Architect): Relevant full-time Post Graduate / Graduate degree with minimum 60% marks + 1 year desirable experience in Banks/NBFCs/FIs/Fintech.
- Scale-II Posts (Manager-Credit, Law, Risk, Company Secretary, Security): Relevant full-time Graduate/Post Graduate / Professional qualification (MBA Finance, LLB, CS, etc.) + Minimum 3–5 years mandatory post-qualification experience (as applicable). Security Officer requires specific Armed Forces/Paramilitary experience.
